Practically since its establishment Lola’s address has been Resavska 11.
Even though at first sight the building seems rambling, the premises consist of a large and small hall, the theatre stage and club in the basement, and two small offices.

The pre-war construction was facilitated by the benefactors of the time, Djordje Wajfert and Queen Marija.
Over time the building became rather dilapidated and total reconstruction, from the foundations to the roof, was necessary. At the end of the 1990’s AKUD Lola took on all construction work for the building which it jealously keeps and maintains. Tens of thousands of members have been educated on these premises, many of whom went on to become very respectable artists, well known outside the borders of our country.

In the desire to bring its activities closer to business, diplomatic, state, cultural, media and other circles, AKUD Lola has periodically been the host to various events – seminars, round tables, conferences, concerts etc.
